Executive Chef Low introduces his mouth-watering Baby Crab Salad with Green Mango and new flavours such as Steamed Marinated Spicy Crab with Light Sauce, Stir-fried Crab with Jalapeno and Fermented Black Beans, Stewed Kimchi Crab and Wok-fried Crab with Garlic and Scallion. In addition, diners can feast on all-time favourites like Salted Egg Yolk and Butter Crab, Braised Bee-hoon Crab, Stir-Fried Crab in Asian Spices and local classics such as Authentic Singapore Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab.
Among all, Wok-fried Crab with Garlic and Scallion is one of my favourite dishes. It was a plate of mouth-watering wok-fried Crab with Garlic and Scallio, I love the wok-hei infused garlic and scallion crab. In my opinion, ginger and scallion are perfect matches made for Chinese stir-fry dishes–be it seafood or meat. Warning, it will be very addictive!
Transiting into a refreshing-taste of the menu, the appetizing Baby Crab Salad with Green Mango giving consumer a new twist of having crab, and it was a good dish to open up your appetite.
The Signature Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot was one of the highlight dishes of the night. It was a real surprise that pumpkin sauce gravy goes so well with crab as this was our first time trying such a version. The pumpkin gravy was thick and creamy and tasted so good that we finished every bit of it. Remember to dip the fried buns in the awesome gravy.
For Korean food lover, you might want to try out their new dishes Stewed Kimchi Crab. It was stewed still prefect, the crab meat was soft and flavorful. It was my first time trying out this way of eating crab. Another new dishes, Stir-fried Crab with Jalapeno and Fermented Black Beans.
