The Haunted House Project Movie

It's Horror movie time! Today went to watch the Korean Horror Movie - The Haunted House Project with my classmate, Justin, as well as few other bloggers at Shaw plaza. *Get ready to hide your face away from the screen, because its really horror!!*

Basically, this movie started with an interview toward the public people about the rumors of the Haunted House... After that, a team of 3 Paranormal investigators decided to take a challenge on exploring this haunted house and things happened suddenly throughout their filming process *shaky scene*..

One thing i like about this horror movie was that, it's film very real. As in you dunno "when the scary part is going to happen and when the silence part is going to end.." It's just like taking a video camera and bring you into a horror world to explore the real things which you never see before.

As my conclude, Don't ever disturb and stay out if you want to stay alive. Not say that you cannot explore but explore to a certain limit. Don't ever dare your life to a thing which cannot be seen. I rate this Haunted House Project movie: 3/5 stars.

The Haunted House Project Movie Synopsis:
Over the course of 42 years, 6 went missing, 8 had accidents and 11 were murdered…
3 Paranormal investigators and 3 camera crew decide to look into this infamously haunted house. Ignoring the danger, the group of six entered the haunted house and disappeared without a trace. A video footage of what they shot during their visit was recovered and may reveal the truth of their disappearance…

Foodlicious Moments Episode 3:
Hi readers! Welcome back to my weekly Foodlicious Moments! It's another new Thursday and this time round, let's have some HongKong style, therefore today food review going to bring you to 'Pin Si' located at AMK Hub. [Foodlicious Moments Episode 3] guest for today is my classmate (M1010)!

Great eating environment at Pin Si cafe whereby anyone can just simply order their menu food and enjoy listening to the Taiwanese pop song they played. Quite a relax place to chill out with friends having lunch or even dinner too.

Their famous and delicious dishes was put up on their banner and truly speaking, those banner foods attracted me when i first step in to Pin Si cafe.

Here some of my classmate looking through Pin Si food menu.. This was their first time visiting too and it's difficult for us to decide which dish is the best dish.. Ended we ordered all different dish.

However, for today my main focus was on this dish - Durian Fried Rice with seafood (which i ordered for my lunch meal). I smell a strong durian aroma when the waiter serve this fried rice on my table and i was surprise after my first taste.

If you are a durian lover, i guess you might wanna try out this dish because its totally awesome! Durian fried rice with fresh cooked prawn made its overall appearance look more attractive and tasty. This durian fried rice cost at $6.90 SGD. *Worth it*!

There were some other delicious dishes which my classmate has eaten.

As my conclude, i could say that Pin Si food sell at the reasonable price (Not too expensive) and their service toward the customer was great too. Like the mandarin pop music they played as well as the overall environment. Afterall, I did enjoyed my lunch with my classmate at Pin Si @ Amk Hub. *Smile*

"The North fired dozens of artillery rounds from its Gaemeori western coastal artillery base at 14:34 p.m. In response to the military provocations, we fired back dozens of rounds with K9 self-propelled howitzers," JCS spokesman Col. Lee Bung-woo told reporters.

In the artillery firing, one soldier was killed and four marine solider were seriously injured. The military was trying to evacuate civilians on the island near the border. Several civilians were reported to have suffered injuries.

The firing came as the South was carrying out a live-fire exercise in waters off the Bangnyeong Island and the Yeonpyeong Island as part of the annual nine-day Hoguk Exercise, aimed at enhancing inter-operability and defense capabilities against North Korea. [Read More]

It's happened during few week back while i went out with my friends, walking around Singapore places and i realized that whenever Angmo tourists saw a mini ice cream stall, they will stop by and buy some ice cream from there. Well, this also show that although it's not any branded ice cream like (Ben & Jerry's) but as long as it's cheap and nice, people will still buy it! *Smile*

Mistakes are stepping stones to success

A stepping-stone can be a stumbling block if we can't
see it until after we have tripped over it.

It's weekend! 1 week 7 days just pass pretty fast, within few hours later, we are going to welcome saturday and sunday again! How 'great' to say that my weekdays was full with loads to school work.

Few incoming of project and one of them need to film something related to communication between human! lols... my script not yet prepare... oh well ~ i have not prepare anything yet.. *hint my group member* haha...

Today, want to share about something related to my picture above, which i called as 'stepping stone'. I know we people do success in different way.. Some may used their fastest way to success and some may success through step by step of experience they gain.

Neither nor, they are no right or wrong in these two way. All i want to say is that just believe in what you are doing and one day it will success. Doesn't matter fast or slow because overall you will still gain the experience and enjoy the happiness you have. *Smile into the mirror, believe in yourself and say 'I make do it'.*

Foodlicious Moments Episode 2 - Sarang

Foodlicious Moments Episode 2:
Hi readers! Welcome back to my weekly Foodlicious Moments! Are you the one who like Korean style or any kpop fans? If Yes, i guess it's good because today in episode 2, i will be introducing Korean cuisine! [Foodlicious Moments Episode 2] guest for today is my good friend Joanna! ^^

annyeonhaseyo! Welcome to Sarang restaurant located at Orchard Central Level 7. It is a place fill with full of Korean style which set in trendy Seoul fashion and also to show the popular of Seoul urban culture in Singapore.

Introduction about Sarang:
Sarang, or Love in Korean, delivers an authentic gastronomical experience that is enhanced with current, mainstream Korean pop music and Urban Culture in a vibrant setting. Sitting on the 7th floor of Orchard Central, the view of Singapore's downtown cityscape completes a memorable dining experience.

Korea culture with a 'Gong' sound represent 'welcome'. Likewise, when someone enter in the "sarang door" the stuff will hit the gong to welcome you. *isn't it interesting?* haha

Below this picture show the Sarang outdoor bar area. Yes! This restaurant not only have indoor and outdoor dining but it also include an outdoor bar for people to order their drinks there. In addition, its also include 'show kitchen' to allow people to see how they cook their foods on the roots.

Well, for me i had chosen outdoor dining and this how it look like. Kinda cool environment at the roos mixing and playing it with Kpop music (Korean famous song) through their awesome loud speaker. One good thing to say about was that their service toward customer was great!

Sarang Menu with a cute text 'have you eaten?'

Dessert section of the menu, look tempting!

Order list

'Bori Cha' - traditional of korean barley tea. Taste sweet and refreshing, its a good tea to start with before the main dish came.

Baekban - A steamed rice with 2 korean side dishes

Well, we ordered the 2 recommended main dish which was 'Volcano' and 'Drunken Pork' for our dinner. As the name 'Volcano' we knew that this foods is gonna be very spicy! First try, the spicy level was ok and as the more you eat, the more spicy it is! *shiok feeling at this moment* hahaha

The aroma of drunken pork was great and it taste delicious as the meat was smooth and tender when consuming it. Not much Fat on pork itself and taste not that oily. As you eating it, you will easily "drunk" (addicted) into their healthy pork dish!

Last but not least, dessert time!! Pappa pancakes in Korean we called as 'Hotteok', it came with 2 pieces of sweet cinnamon pancake. Like the peanut and some sweet sauce inside this pancake and my first bite to it was like crazy *scream*! Totally taste awesome! You guys must try!!

Are you into Korean cuisine now? haha... It was a great and unique experience dining at Sarang. The price of a person can cost up to around $25 ~ $30, although is a little expensive but with their good service and awesome Korean foods, it definitely worth the price and you will no regret after dining there. *smile*
